An introductory course designed for those new to commercial property but with some experience or familiarity with other property transactions. In this course you will understand the different features of a commercial property transaction, including some key documentation and issues that can arise.
On this one-day course you will:
- consider the different forms of commercial property and the characteristics of a commercial property transaction
- using case studies, identify key title issues in a commercial property title and how to address these
- review and amend key documentation including both standard and bespoke commercial property contracts
- consider drafting techniques for commercial contracts
