This course builds upon your knowledge and skills developed in Part 1, providing you with the opportunity to review additional lease clauses and develop your drafting and negotiating skills.
In this one-day course you will:
- build on knowledge gained in Part 1, review and amend key clauses in a commercial lease including break clauses, alterations and termination provisions
- using case studies develop negotiation techniques for both the landlord and the tenant
